Dark Souls 3 Rename Character
When starting a new game, you are required to create a character. This involves naming it, giving it a gender, selecting a class and a gift, and customizing it to look just how you want (using presets :P).
On the character creation screen, you can do 8 different things. They are listed below.

- A prompt will appear asking for a name for your character, then a xbox/playstation window will appear where you can type your characters name out.

- In this section, you can choose whether you want your character to be Male or Female.

Choosing a class for your character
- This is where you select the class you want to keep for the entire game. Armor, Weapons and Spells can be changed but your character will always be the class you choose here.

Selecting your Gift
- A gift is a temporary advantage when you start the game. Each has its own use, but you can end up finding all as you play the game.
- The Thief class starts with the Master Key. So if you choose that class, it would be wise to select a different gift.

- The Physique option allows you to choose how your character's body looks. These include builds like Slim, Big and Top-Heavy.
Choosing a face
- Here you can choose how your face looks. This includes the shape and color.
Styling your hair
- Girls, this is the only time you can choose how your hair looks.
Coloring your hair
- This option lets you choose the color of your hair (if you have any).
