Fallout New Vegas Duster Mod
Regulator duster
Courier Duster Mod Fallout New Vegas
Page 1 of 4 - Vault 13 Courier Duster - posted in New Vegas Mod Requests: Lonesome Road, with all its talk about flags and symbols and what they mean to people, kinda made me re-evaluate the symbolic value of the Vault 13 logo and - as a long time fan- a bit disappointed it wasnt represented in that fashion.

The Regulator duster is a piece of clothing in Fallout 3 and in Fallout: New Vegas.
In Fallout 3, it can be repaired with other Regulator dusters and provides a Damage Resistance of 10 as well as a bonus of 1 to Charisma and a bonus of 5 to Small Guns.
This isn’t because of the tensor tympani though, it’s thanks to a different muscle called the Salpingopharyngeus muscle. Pain shut your mouth ring tone. Ear PoppingSome people are also able to pop their ears at will, without having to hold their nose and blow.
In Fallout: New Vegas, it is a unique piece of clothing providing a bonus of +1 Charisma and +5 Guns, but lacks any Damage Threshold.
The duster outfit seems to consist of a black undershirt and a pair of gray canvas pants underneath a long, brown leather overcoat with the sleeves rolled up above the elbow, a pair of leather gloves on the character's hands, and a pair of motorcycle boots for footwear.

LocationsEdit
Fallout 3Edit
- One is given at 100% condition by Sonora Cruz if the Lone Wanderer joins her group, the Regulators. To join the Regulators, one must have the Lawbringer perk. Taking the perk will add the location of Regulator HQ to the Pip-Boy world map.
- If one has negative Karma, Regulators will occasionally show up to kill the Wanderer for a bounty, at which point a regulator duster can be obtained by killing them and looting their corpses.
- If one has the Lawbringer perk and reverse-pickpockets the un-named Regulators inside the Regulator HQ, they will have a new duster in 72 hours.
- If the player character takes the Lawbringer perk, there will be a Regulator on a stairway as soon as one enters Arlington Cemetery, as well as a note for Junders Plunkett, who is in the area.
Fallout: New VegasEdit
- The Regulator duster can be found on the Lonesome Drifter north of El Dorado Gas & Service. He has a small camp in front of the billboard.
- If one has completed Talent Pool, the Lonesome Drifter will be in The Aces Theater at The Tops.
NotesEdit
- Both the unique dusters are identical to a normal regulator duster except for the sheriff's badge on the sheriff's duster.
- It is also identical to the bounty hunter duster.
