Merged patch 21.0 is my merged patch.
Remeber to use Fo3edit, and learn how to master update
Edit: if you have a similar set up, my suggestion would be to put any mods before the FWE esps., and if you add anything besides compatibilty patches, those should go before FWE edition too, any compatibilty patches should go last in your load order, but before anything that changes race or weather.
Steps to masterupdate-
1. Download Fo3edit.
2. Right click on fo3edit and make a copy of the .exe
3. Rename it to 'fo3masterupdate.
4. Make another copy, and rename that to 'fo3masterrestore ( you will need this to revert back in case you made a mistake.)
5. Run masterupdate, pay attention to load order errors, if one comes up, adjust your load order.
6. After you update, make a merged patch, using fo3edit, wait untill the program says finish, look in the left pane window, and right click anywhere, find create merged patch ( about 3/4 way down ) and make the merged patch..
7. Play game, have fun!
